Join a market-leading Technology Transactions practice working with global technology leaders, high-growth unicorns, and emerging disruptors on their most complex and strategic technology and intellectual property transactions.

The team advises across cutting-edge industries, including augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and robotics, blockchain and distributed ledger technology, fintech, semiconductors, software, and cloud/as-a-service technologies.

The role involves guiding clients through the legal and commercial issues that arise in a broad range of technology transactions and developing practical, innovative solutions.

3–6 years of relevant associate experience
Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, including drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions
Experience with licenses of software, technology, and content; software and technology development agreements; professional services agreements; manufacturing, collaboration, and supply/distribution agreements; e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions
Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions, including drafting transaction agreements and conducting due diligence of contract and IP matters
Ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively in oral and written form
Strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills
Member of the California Bar (preferred) or another state bar
