Technology Transactions Associate (New York)

We are seeking a talented lateral associate to join a dynamic Technology Transactions practice in New York. The role involves advising clients on a broad range of commercial technology contracts, with a focus on data center agreements, supply agreements, logistics and distribution agreements, and contract manufacturing agreements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring and negotiating complex technology transactions and will work closely with clients across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate to further develop their expertise in a collaborative and sophisticated practice.

• Law school class years 2020 through 2023
• Experience advising clients on commercial technology contracts, including data center, supply, logistics, distribution, and contract manufacturing agreements
