A leading firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate with four to five years of experience to join its national technology transactions team, with the role open across multiple U.S. offices. This position supports life sciences and high-growth technology companies in shaping intellectual property strategies and structuring key commercial agreements.

The associate will draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, partnering, licensing, and other commercial agreements for clients at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including emerging company and venture capital clients. The role also involves advising on product strategy, development, and market positioning, as well as corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and research, development, and commercialization efforts.

In addition, the associate will assist with IP and technology aspects of complex M&A transactions, public offerings, and venture capital financings, and will conduct research on diverse technologies including AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, edtech, renewable energy, AR/VR, cybersecurity, biotechnology, and digital health.

At least four years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions
Four to five years of relevant experience (JD required)
Admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate would be located
Strong interest in technology transactions for M&A, emerging company, and venture capital clients
Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
