Transaction Lawyer (m/f/d) – Funds and Asset Management

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Transaction Lawyer (m/f/d) to join our Funds and Asset Management practice in Munich.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise national and international Private Equity and Venture Capital funds on complex international fundraising transactions.
• Support the Private Equity team with the execution of due diligence reviews and analyses.
• Provide advisory support on complex incentive structures and remuneration models.

Your profile:

• Outstanding degree in Business Law or a comparable qualification, including an equivalent international degree.
• Excellent English skills, ideally gained through experience abroad.
• Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Team player who combines legal expertise with creativity when tackling complex legal challenges.
