Join a global law firm's Trial & Defense practice in Phoenix, handling a diverse caseload that includes catastrophic and bodily injury claims, commercial litigation, premises liability, bad faith and fraud matters, UM/UIM, class actions, mass torts, and trucking and transportation disputes. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized attorney with strong litigation and trial experience, exceptional oral advocacy, and superb research and writing skills.

In this role, you will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide strategic coverage advice; conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda; prepare and review pleadings, briefs, discovery, and motions; and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
