Top-tier international firm seeks a mid-level U.S. litigation associate to join its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team in either New York or Washington, D.C. The role involves advising on complex commercial disputes, arbitrations and investigations across a range of industries.

Work will include drafting and filing pleadings and motions, managing large-scale discovery and document productions, and taking or defending depositions. The team is busy and growing; successful candidates will be proactive, comfortable in fast-paced matters and collaborative with partners and colleagues.

U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar or the D.C. Bar required
Class of 2022–2024 preferred
Significant experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration or investigations — drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery
Experience taking or defending depositions
Federal clerkship experience preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy and teamwork skills
