US Immigration Consultant / Senior Consultant

A global immigration practice is seeking US immigration professionals across EMEA to join its dedicated consular and document practice team. The team provides consular and substantive US immigration assistance for both stand-alone cases and as part of larger immigration application processes, offering client-centric service on complex and sensitive matters.

The role involves managing a caseload of US immigration matters, including reviewing and preparing forms, support letters and correspondence, and maintaining accurate case files. Senior-level candidates may also oversee and support more junior team members, with potential line management responsibilities, while contributing to projects, billing and finance, onboarding and process improvements.

Day-to-day work includes guiding the team on US immigration matters, mentoring and training colleagues, handling intake of assigned cases, drafting petition-based and consular filings, and keeping associates informed of progress to manage client expectations. Candidates are being considered at both Consultant and Senior Consultant level based on skills and experience.

• Previous US immigration experience with a strong background in a client-facing role
• Experience leading a team or overseeing more junior team members
• Ability to follow instructions from senior staff and build strong working relationships
• Strong workload planning skills, able to meet conflicting deadlines and client service standards
• Accurate, detail-focused working style with the ability to implement effective workflow processes
• Proficiency with word processing, internet and email systems
