That is the false-positive interconnect CV this seat produces. Litgrid in 2015 commissioned LitPol Link at 500 MW and NordBalt at 700 MW. The State Governance Coordination Centre recorded, as at end-December 2024, more than 7,000 km of overhead lines, more than 200 substations, 17 interconnectors, and 449 employees, with Litgrid 97.5 percent owned by EPSO-G. Litgrid's H1 2026 revenue was EUR 267.5 million; NordBalt availability was 99.6 percent in H1 2026.

Of 250 interviews, Sartori's Vilnius quarterly survey since 2019 found 19 involved in-house project counsel over an 18-month window to March 2026, and 12 treated a corporate or construction-lawyer package as the interconnect-counsel scale.
It is not. The published package shape for this TSO seat is a public-sector energy-group grade, a fixed monthly gross, result-incentive eligibility, no published LTIP or equity, public-sector benefits, hybrid Vilnius office practice, and notice aligned to Lithuanian employment contracts; Litgrid and EPSO-G did not publish a 2025 or 2026 cash range for interconnect project counsel or an equivalent Vilnius TSO project-legal title. Ignitis grupė's Remuneration Policy 2025 describes salary ranges at 80 to 120 percent of a market median plus variable pay, and does not publish a lawyer or interconnect band. Employers here do not publish bands for this interconnect seat.
Our 12 closed searches still closed on that shape, not on a disclosed interconnect band. Adjacent Vilnius energy-legal postings at the integrated utility and at holding-group corporate desks are other seats; we do not import those ranges onto the TSO interconnect title. A chief legal officer at a state energy holding in Vilnius told us the hire they almost made had priced themselves off an integrated-utility construction band that the TSO had never printed.
