Our client, a national law firm with offices across the United States, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its Complex Torts business unit. This is a virtual position, open to candidates residing in South Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling all stages of asbestos-specific litigation, including taking depositions, writing briefs, and appearing in court. You will work closely with attorneys in the Complex Torts practice, which focuses on mass tort and product liability matters.

The role requires exceptional judgment, the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively, and the ability to articulate clear legal strategies.
