Senior-level associate role within a UK banking and finance team, working on a broad range of corporate lending and real estate finance matters. The role will support transactions for lenders (banks, insurers, debt funds) and borrowers across Scotland and the wider UK.

You will work with colleagues across multiple UK offices and an international network on cross‑border transactions. The role is hybrid and offers access to formal learning & development, precedents and know‑how resources, and opportunities to contribute to business development and client pitching.

2–5 years' post‑qualification experience in banking/finance (Scots and/or English law candidates considered)
Solid experience in corporate lending and real estate finance matters handled in private practice
Strong drafting, communication and organisation skills; proven ability to work in teams and manage priorities
Commercial mindset with client relationship skills and demonstrable interest in business development
Comfortable working across multiple offices and on cross‑border transactions; adaptable to change and legal technology
