Well-established national firm is seeking a 3–7 year associate to join its San Francisco capital markets group. The role focuses on public securities work, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked offerings, and ongoing representation of public companies on governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance matters.

Successful candidates will work on complex transactions for clients across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences, manage day-to-day client demands, and collaborate with senior deal teams. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and standard paid leave and parental benefits.

3–7 years of capital markets / public securities experience at a national or international law firm
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs) and advising public companies on SEC and exchange reporting and governance
Comfort managing client relationships and workflow on sophisticated matters
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
