Our client, an internationally recognized corporate practice, is seeking associates with two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience. Ideal candidates will have experience representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors. Experience representing public companies in corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance, as well as managing client relationships, is also valued.

Candidates should have worked in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm and possess a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

2–7 years of capital markets and public securities experience
Experience with IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience with corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Strong client relationship and workflow management skills
Prior work in a capital markets department of a national or international firm
Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
