Top-tier US corporate practice is seeking a mid-level capital markets associate for nationwide placement. The role focuses on public securities work, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked offerings, and advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing client relationships, handling day-to-day deal and reporting demands, and working in a national or international law firm environment. The team has significant activity in technology, consumer/retail and life sciences transactions.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000–$420,000; final offers will depend on geographic location and candidate experience. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

3–7 years of capital markets / public securities experience
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
Proven ability to manage client relationships and workflow for sophisticated clients
Experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
