Capital Markets Associate — Securities, Palo Alto

Senior associate role in a national corporate practice focused on capital markets and public securities work. The team advises on public offerings, IPOs and equity-linked transactions and supports public companies on governance and SEC/exchange reporting.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing client relationships and multiple matter workflows for sophisticated corporate and issuer-side matters across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. The group values demonstrable capital markets experience from a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials.

• 3-7 years of securities / capital markets experience (PQE)
• Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
• Familiarity with public company governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance
• Prior experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm and strong academic background
