An internationally recognized corporate practice seeks a mid-level associate to join its capital markets and public securities team. The role offers exposure to sophisticated equity and equity-linked transactions, including IPOs, across the technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors.

The associate will represent both issuers and underwriters in public offerings and advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance. Candidates should be comfortable managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day workflow demands of clients with complex needs.

The expected annual pay range is $235,000–$420,000, with final compensation dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, fertility benefits, and more.

2–7 years of capital markets and public securities experience
Experience representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance
Prior experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Ability to manage client relationships and workflow for sophisticated clients
