Associate — Capital Markets

A Bay Area capital markets team is seeking an associate with transactional securities experience to join its growing practice. The role sits within a market-leading global capital markets group that advises issuers, private equity investors and underwriters on a wide range of public and private capital-raising transactions.

The position is focused on representing late-stage private companies and supporting complex capital markets matters, leveraging a collaborative, cross‑office platform. The team handles high‑visibility transactions and draws on centralized securities expertise to provide practical, regulation‑aware advice.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in capital markets or securities transactions.
• Practical experience representing late‑stage private companies in capital-raising transactions (private placements, IPO-related work or similar).
• Strong transactional drafting, deal execution and teamwork skills; ability to manage client work across offices.
• Ready to join the 3rd–6th year associate class and contribute to a high‑volume capital markets practice.
