Leading global corporate practice is seeking a 3rd–6th year associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth team in the Bay Area. The team advises startups, venture-backed companies and growth-stage businesses across formation, equity and growth financings, governance, and strategic transactions.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of financings and corporate matters for technology, life sciences and other innovation-sector clients, with opportunities to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with capital markets and M&A teams. Candidates should be proactive, commercially minded and able to handle fast-paced client work.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in emerging company/venture finance or similar corporate practice
Experience with equity financings, venture financings and company-side counseling
Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfort with due diligence, document negotiation and client-facing work
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
