We are seeking an Associate to join a busy Corporate/M&A team in Munich advising German and international corporates, banks and financial investors on domestic and cross‑border M&A, joint ventures, public takeovers and restructurings.

Day‑to‑day work includes transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating SPA/transaction documentation, and developing practical solutions for complex deals. You will work in an international, multidisciplinary team and help coordinate specialists across jurisdictions.

The team offers structured mentoring and in‑house training with clear development pathways and flexible working arrangements.

Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) — entry level or with some law firm/judicial/juridical experience
Strong academic record (Prädikatsexamen advantageous) and very good English
Commercial awareness and ability to translate business needs into legal advice
Team player with good communication skills; interest in cross‑border transactions and project coordination
