We are seeking an associate to join a market-leading Debt Finance practice in Luxembourg. The team advises borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions across the full spectrum of debt-related transactions and financial structuring, including syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and structured finance.

Working closely with senior lawyers, you will support the negotiation and drafting of loan agreements, security documents and related contracts, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and manage risk. You will gain exposure to complex, cross-border financing matters and develop a strong foundation in transaction and negotiation skills.

Day to day, you will conduct legal research, draft basic legal documents such as term sheets, NDAs and simple purchase agreements, organize and maintain matter files, and support due diligence. You will also attend negotiations to take detailed notes, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and handle routine client communication and administrative tasks. The role reports to a partner.
