We are seeking an experienced associate to join our Litigation practice group. This role focuses on environmental and/or products liability litigation and is open to California-admitted lawyers.

In this role, you will handle complex matters from inception through resolution, including trial preparation, negotiations, and settlement. You will conduct comprehensive legal research, draft high-quality legal documents, and collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies. You will also participate in court hearings, depositions, and other high-level legal activities, while maintaining rigorous compliance with legal standards.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admitted to practice in California
Minimum 4–5 years of experience
California state court experience
Experience in environmental and/or products liability litigation
Prior law firm or agency experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Strong business and professional judgment
