An established Financial Services Disputes practice is seeking a junior qualified lawyer to join its team on a hybrid working basis. This is an opportunity to become a key member of one of the largest dedicated financial services disputes teams in the UK, working alongside senior fee earners across multiple office locations.

Day to day, the successful candidate will manage a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients, providing strategic and commercial legal advice on a broad range of disputes and claims. The role also involves participating in business development activities, nurturing existing client relationships and contributing to the firm's collaborative national culture.

The team acts for a wide range of financial institutions, including major UK and international banks, challenger banks and fintechs, advising across the full spectrum of contentious issues in commercial, business and consumer finance, from pre-litigation management and dispute resolution to Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE
Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
Ability to understand client business needs
Ambitious, enthusiastic team player able to support senior fee earners
