Join a market-leading Financial Services Regulatory team within a national Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services practice. The team advises major banks, non-bank lenders, payment operators and other large financial institutions on regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations.

The role involves advising on consumer credit, AML/CTF, payments regulation and related corporate matters. You will work on product and business development projects (including drafting terms and disclosure), regulatory change and remediation, regulator engagement, compliance uplift and support on regulatory disputes and M&A matters.

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working and flexible arrangements. The team offers structured learning, international secondment opportunities through a global alliance, and a strong focus on career development and mentoring.

  • 2-3 years post-qualification experience in financial services regulatory law.
  • Practical experience or strong exposure to consumer credit and/or AML/CTF matters (private practice, in-house or public sector).
  • Interest in advising banking, non-bank lending, payments or wagering sector clients.
  • Strong drafting and client-facing skills, with a collaborative approach and desire to grow and mentor others.
