Join a market-leading funds finance team advising banks, alternative lenders, fund managers and sponsors on a wide range of fund financings. The team acts on capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest, SMA and management fee facilities across private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure strategies.

This role is open to candidates based in either the London or Bristol office. You will work on technically complex transactions in a collegiate environment, with opportunities to support business development and client-facing matters. The role operates on a hybrid working model and forms part of a firmwide programme of learning and professional development.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 1–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in funds or funds-related finance.
Practical experience on funds finance matters such as capital call, NAV/asset-backed, hybrid, GP/co-invest and management fee facilities; experience acting for lenders and/or sponsors is preferred.
Strong drafting and technical skills, excellent academic record and attention to commercial detail.
Comfortable with fund structures and partnership documentation; team player with client-facing and business development aptitude.
