Top-tier global labor & employment team seeks a mid‑to‑senior associate (4–6 years' experience) to advise multinational clients on US and cross‑border employment and labor matters. Work will include employment counseling, support on transactions and restructurings, and leading cross‑border, multi‑disciplinary projects for clients with global workforces.

The role is open to candidates based in Chicago, New York, San Francisco or Palo Alto and requires the ability to operate effectively within culturally diverse, international teams. Candidates should be able to deliver commercially practical advice to in‑house counsel and business managers.

4–6 years' post‑qualification experience in employment & labor law
Experience in employment counseling and employment‑related transactional work (M&A, restructurings)

Prior experience at a top‑tier law firm employment practice preferred
Admission and good standing in the state where the associate will be based
