Growing Labor & Employment team in San Diego seeks an associate with 3–5 years' experience to handle employment litigation and counseling matters. The role involves defense-side work, including class and representative actions, individual plaintiff cases, traditional labor law matters, and employment counseling.

3–5 years of litigation or labor & employment experience (defense-side preferred)
Experience with class/representative actions, single-plaintiff litigation, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

Strong academic record; law review, Order of the Coif, or clerkship experience a plus
