Mid to senior-level labor & employment associate role in a major New York office focused on traditional labor matters. The team is expanding and seeks an associate to handle collective bargaining, NLRB representation and unfair labor practice matters, and labor arbitration.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, an enhanced mentor program for lateral joiners, a hybrid office model (primarily in-office Monday–Thursday with remote periods available), and participation in a robust pro bono program. The posted base salary range for this New York position is $310,000–$420,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.

Mid to senior-level associate (class years approximately 2019–2022)
Experience with collective bargaining, NLRB representation (both unfair labor practice and representation cases), and labor arbitration
Strong drafting, advocacy, and client-facing skills in labor matters
Admission to practice in New York or authorization to practice in the United States
