Associate — Private Companies (Corporate) — Palo Alto

Top-tier Palo Alto corporate team seeks a mid-level associate to support a busy private companies practice focused on high-growth technology and venture-backed clients. The role will involve company formations, venture financings, M&A and general corporate work across the deal lifecycle.

• 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience (PQE)
• Experience with venture financings, startup formations, M&A and general corporate governance matters
• Background in a national or international law firm corporate department
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting/transactional skills
