Private Companies Corporate Associate — Palo Alto

An elite, global corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate (4th–6th year) to join its Palo Alto office. The group advises both private and public companies across the full corporate lifecycle.

The role focuses on high-growth businesses, including company formations, venture and growth financings, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day general corporate counseling. You will work within a collaborative, globally integrated team on sophisticated transactions for emerging and established companies.

• Four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies
• Experience representing high-growth businesses in formations, financings, and M&A
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills
