Growing corporate team in Palo Alto seeks a mid-level associate to support a busy private companies practice. You will advise high-growth and venture-backed clients on formations, equity and debt financings, M&A and general corporate matters across the lifecycle of emerging companies.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of general corporate experience from a national or international law firm, strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills, and comfort working with cross-office teams on complex matters. 4–6 years PQE in corporate law at a national or international law firm
Experience representing high-growth or venture-backed private companies (formations, financings, M&A)
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills
