Private Companies Attorney (4th-6th Year)

Join the Palo Alto office of a leading global law firm as a mid-level associate in its premier corporate practice. We are seeking attorneys with four to six years of general corporate experience working with both private and public companies. The ideal candidate will have experience advising high-growth businesses on formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Applicants should have trained in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and hold a strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school.
