Private Companies Attorney — Corporate (Palo Alto)

Leading US corporate team in Palo Alto is seeking a mid-level associate to support a busy private companies practice. The role focuses on representing high-growth private and public companies on formations, venture financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of corporate experience from a national or international law firm, strong transactional drafting and deal-execution skills, and a solid academic record. The role includes a competitive compensation range and a comprehensive benefits package.
