A highly regarded global law firm is seeking a construction professional liability associate to join its growing Professional Liability team in Manchester. This is an opportunity to work alongside colleagues across multiple UK offices on complex, high-value construction-related professional indemnity matters.

The team represents insurers, reinsurers and their insureds in disputes arising from the design, specification and delivery of construction projects. Work includes claims involving architects, engineers, surveyors, design-and-build contractors and specialist construction consultants, along with associated policy coverage advice and disputes.

The role is offered on a hybrid, full-time permanent basis. The firm is known for its supportive and ambitious culture, with a strong commitment to professional development and client service.

At least 2 years' PQE as a UK-qualified solicitor or equivalent CILEX qualification
Relevant professional indemnity experience, ideally including construction professional indemnity disputes
Experience assisting with complex disputes in a team environment, with some individual caseload management preferred
Familiarity with professional indemnity policies, coverage issues and construction contractual frameworks
Client contact and business development experience or willingness to engage actively in client development
