We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a growing team in Manchester. The role is offered on a flexible working basis and can accommodate full or part-time hours.

As a key addition to the team, you will act for a range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities and developers, on a broad variety of real estate transactions with appropriate supervision. You will collaborate closely with partners across office locations, mentor and support junior team members, and take an active role in business development and client relationship management.

You will also contribute to the long-term growth and development of the real estate offering on a nationwide basis.

Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE gained in a similar legal setting
Experience handling a broad range of real estate transactions
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
Commercially aware, with some exposure to business development and strong client relationship skills
Ability to understand client business needs and act in the best interest of the firm and client
Eager to contribute to a collaborative culture and support junior team members
