Join a leading funds, superannuation and financial services team in Sydney advising on a broad range of investment funds and transactions. You will work on fund establishment and investment matters across asset classes such as private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, renewables, real estate and private credit, and assist on funds-related aspects of M&A and secondary transactions.

Transactional experience in funds, superannuation or financial services (private practice or in-house).
Practical experience or strong interest in fund establishment and/or fund investments (including co-investments and secondaries).
Comfort working across a range of asset classes (PE, VC, infrastructure, real estate, private credit).
Strong academics, commercial awareness and excellent drafting and communication skills.
