Associate — Tax (Transactional)

Global law firm seeks a transactional tax associate to join its Germany tax practice. The role involves advising on tax issues across M&A, private equity, and corporate restructurings, with a focus on cross-border transactional work.

You will structure and implement acquisition, investment and financing arrangements from a tax perspective, working closely with corporate, private equity, finance and other practice teams. The position offers exposure to market-leading, often international mandates and access to structured training and global support networks.

• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in transactional tax.
• Proven experience advising on tax aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Comfort working on cross-border, multi-disciplinary deals and liaising with corporate and finance teams.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills.
