We are seeking a transactional tax associate to join a market-leading international tax practice, working on complex, often cross-border transactions for multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds, and other sophisticated clients.

The role involves advising on all tax aspects of M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, and corporate restructurings, as well as structuring and implementing acquisition, investment, and financing structures from a tax perspective. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring, Finance, and Capital Markets, and help manage ongoing client relationships and business development.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant tax experience, ideally within a transactional or M&A-focused practice
Strong technical grounding in the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate restructurings
Experience structuring acquisition, investment, and financing structures from a tax perspective
Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and with international colleagues
Excellent commercial judgment and client-relationship skills
