Senior-level immigration team seeks an off-track associate to support U.S. and global business immigration matters from the Chicago office. The role focuses on preparing employer‑sponsored visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), drafting RFE responses and motions, and supporting PERM Labor Certification matters.

Day‑to‑day work includes assembling petitions, preparing client communications and first drafts for more senior lawyers, managing multiple matters using internal case tools, and monitoring agency guidance and policy changes to assess client impact. The role is client-service oriented and requires meticulous organization and case management skills.

This is a bonus‑eligible position with standard employee benefits. Candidates must provide a writing sample and be a member in good standing of the Illinois bar.

1–3 years of U.S. business immigration experience
Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois bar
Experience drafting employer‑sponsored NIV and IV petitions, RFE responses, and supporting PERM processes
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail; client‑service orientation
Global immigration experience is a plus; must provide a writing sample
