Join a dedicated immigration practice in New York as a Business Immigration Associate, working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused exclusively on immigration law. You will partner with experienced practitioners and support corporate clients on a range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.

You will develop case strategies, assess eligibility for visa statuses, prepare petitions and applications, and communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals on procedural and case strategy issues. The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to support immigration program management and compliance.

You will also draft legal documents, conduct research, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues. Associates are encouraged to pursue continuous improvement, leverage technology effectively, and contribute to team and firmwide initiatives.

U.S. JD or LLM required.
Member of a U.S. state bar or the Washington, D.C. bar.
2–3 years of experience at the associate level.
Expanded practical understanding of immigration law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
