Insurance Bad Faith Litigation Attorney

Our client, a national law firm with offices across all 50 states, seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Pittsburgh office, focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The role involves complex litigation in both state and federal court, with opportunities for professional development and direct client interaction.

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith matters
• Experience with first-party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage disputes, and insurance agent/broker matters
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey admission a plus)
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings; trial experience preferred
• Driven team player with strong professional demeanor
