Seeking a civil litigation attorney to join a national insurance practice in Pittsburgh with a primary focus on insurance coverage and bad-faith matters. The role involves handling complex litigation in state and federal court, including first-party property and UM/UIM claims, coverage disputes, and subrogation.

The position offers regular courtroom work (hearings, depositions, trials when needed), client-facing opportunities, and structured professional development within a collaborative team. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

  • Minimum 3 years litigation experience (PQE)
  • Experience with first-party property claims, UM/UIM, bad-faith and coverage disputes preferred
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills; trial experience preferred
  • Admission to practice in Pennsylvania required; New Jersey admission a plus
  • Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings
