Civil Litigation Attorney — Insurance (Pittsburgh)

Growing national law firm seeks a civil litigation attorney to join its Pittsburgh insurance defense team focusing on bad faith, first-party property, UM/UIM and coverage dispute matters. The role involves handling complex litigation in both state and federal court, with frequent courtroom appearances and opportunities for depositions and trials.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented litigators with strong writing and oral advocacy skills, a desire for professional development, and comfort engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel. Trial experience is helpful but not required.

• Minimum 3 years' civil litigation experience, with insurance coverage and bad-faith matters preferred
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey admission a plus)
• Proven litigation skills including motion practice, depositions and courtroom appearances; trial experience preferred
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team
