This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and business advisory work to handle a varied and high-quality caseload. The role involves advising a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial businesses to established national corporates, on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and general corporate governance.
