Seeking experienced litigation attorneys to join a busy commercial and employment practice in the Dallas office of a national law firm. Successful candidates will handle preparation for hearings, trials, arbitrations and mediations, working closely with the local practice team on a broad range of commercial and employment disputes.

3+ years of commercial and employment litigation experience.
Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Local Rules, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and related court procedures.
Ability to coordinate with clients, courts, co-counsel, and internal teams (paralegals, case staff).
