Construction Defect Associate Attorney

Overview: Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice in its Orange County, CA office.

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is required.

Practice Strengths: The firm's Construction Litigation Practice is staffed by nearly 80 construction law attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across numerous construction law areas. The group defends property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured businesses and individuals. The team excels in litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. Partners and senior associates are seasoned trial attorneys with broad trial experience, and the team has been recognized by the National Law Journal for obtaining one of the "Top Ten Defense Verdicts of the Year."

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (LI-Hybrid)
