Construction Defect Associate Attorney - Atlanta

Seeking an associate to join a large construction litigation practice in the Atlanta office of a national AmLaw 100 firm. The role focuses on insurance-defense construction litigation across all phases of case development.

Days will include managing cases, conducting discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in hearings, arbitrations and trials as needed. The team handles complex property and personal-injury matters and offers a collaborative environment with experienced trial attorneys.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance-defense or construction-defect matters
• Admission to the Georgia Bar required
• Proven drafting, research and motion-practice skills
• Experience with case management, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial/arbitration preparation
