A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its award-winning Life Sciences team in Philadelphia. The practice focuses on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies across the U.S., Asia, and internationally.

The role involves advising venture-backed private and public companies on a range of matters, including equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance.

2–4 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters
Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions
Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, or a demonstrated interest in the sector
Ability to manage substantial components of transactions independently and work effectively in teams
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
