Mid-level corporate associate role on a national life sciences transactional team. The group handles corporate work across the lifecycle for venture-backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies, including equity financings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.

The position involves working on public company matters, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting/representation and M&A, collaborating on teams and owning substantial components of transactions. The team works with clients in the US and internationally.

Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to manage transactional work independently are required. Relevant bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is required.

2–4 years' corporate/transactional experience
Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC representation and M&A
Life sciences experience preferred but candidates with a strong interest in the sector will be considered
Proven ability to work in teams and manage substantial transaction components independently
Outstanding academics and strong written and verbal communication; bar admission or eligibility required
