Top-tier finance group in Philadelphia is seeking a junior associate to join a private equity debt finance practice. The role focuses on representation of private equity sponsors, banks and private credit lenders on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth financings.

Day‑to‑day work will include drafting, negotiating and reviewing credit agreements, commitment papers and related collateral documentation and deliverables. The team offers a collaborative, cross‑practice environment with opportunities to work on sponsor‑led leveraged transactions and lender-side financings.

Prior experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks/private credit lenders on term and revolving facilities for LBOs, acquisitions and growth financings
Hands‑on experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers and collateral documents
Strong academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
