A leading law firm seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join its Debt Finance group in Philadelphia. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

The successful candidate will work with credit agreements and commitment papers and will draft and negotiate related collateral agreements and deliverables. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial team that works across practice areas and geographies.

Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in debt finance transactions
Experience with credit agreements and commitment papers
Experience drafting and negotiating collateral agreements and deliverables
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
