Private Equity M&A Associate — Asset Management, Philadelphia

Mid‑level to senior associate role on a national private equity team focused on asset management M&A. The position centers on transactional work across GP stakes and other asset‑management buy‑and‑sell side matters.

The team handles a broad corporate transactional docket, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture/exit transactions, and equity compensation matters. The group values collaborative teamwork, commercial judgment and strong client‑management skills.

Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) in Pennsylvania is required.

• 3+ years' experience in private equity M&A with demonstrable asset management M&A experience; GP stakes experience preferred
• Broad transactional background: M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital and exits; familiarity with equity compensation matters
• Strong commercial judgment, written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage internal and external relationships
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Pennsylvania
