Join a market-leading corporate tax team known for advising on complex, cross-border and domestic tax matters across corporate M&A, private equity, real estate, funds and restructuring. The team works with corporate clients, financial institutions, public sector bodies and fund investors on high‑value, technical matters.

The role offers exposure to a broad mix of transactional and advisory work, opportunities to develop a specialism (real estate tax, M&A tax, funds or cross‑border structuring) and a collaborative, supportive team environment. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.

Relevant experience on high‑quality corporate tax matters (associate to senior associate level).
Interest or experience in one or more of: real estate tax, corporate M&A tax, funds taxation or cross‑border structures.
Qualified and registered with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
Ability to work collaboratively on technical matters and comfortable in a hybrid/flexible working model.
