We are seeking a senior tax lawyer to join a highly regarded and ambitious team within a leading international law firm's London office. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of high-value, cross-border tax matters, working closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, restructuring and disputes teams globally.

You will advise on international and domestic tax issues arising from M&A and corporate structuring, bank and bond financing, structured debt, leasing, real estate investment and development, funds (including carried interest and co-investment structures), and other forms of non-bank investment. The team also provides bespoke tax advice on complex points of law and tax policy advice to industry bodies and governments.

The work has a strong international flavour, and you will collaborate with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver pragmatic, solution-focused advice. As you grow in experience, you will have extensive client contact and opportunities to develop new client relationships, business development skills, and thought leadership.

Strong relevant tax experience as a lawyer with an established UK tax practice, likely gained at a City of London firm.
Outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high level of commercial awareness.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team with high professional standards and a flexible, client-friendly approach.
Proven exposure to collaborating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams.
Appetite for business development, client relationship management, and thought leadership.
