Immediate opening for a mid-level corporate trust associate to join a finance practice in Charlotte. The role focuses on capital markets and structured finance matters, supporting transactions across securitizations and related corporate trust work.

The team seeks an associate who will draft and negotiate transaction documentation, advise on deal mechanics, and work closely with lenders, trustees and other deal parties. The group offers significant client-facing transaction experience and collaboration with other finance lawyers across the office.

4–5 years' transactional experience (corporate trust, structured finance or related capital markets)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent academic record and professional references
Licensed to practice in the relevant state (or able to transfer) and able to work in the U.S.
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills for client- and deal-focused work
