Cyber and Data Privacy Attorney

An internationally ranked law firm is seeking motivated attorneys to join its fast-growing cyber and data privacy practice.

The team represents a diverse range of cyber insurers and major corporate clients, providing nationwide litigation defense and round-the-clock breach response services. The group collaborates closely with its global cyber network, which spans approximately 25 jurisdictions worldwide.

This role can be based in any of the firm's US offices, with hybrid and remote work arrangements considered. The firm emphasizes global collaboration, mentorship, business development training, and long-term career growth.

• Must be admitted and in good standing in the state of application; additional admissions a plus.
• Litigation track: 3–6 years of federal litigation experience, including proposing litigation strategy, client and opposing counsel communication, drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials.
• Incident response track: 2–6 years of cyber incident response experience, including crisis management, regulatory and data risk matters, advising clients on incident response, and handling regulatory investigations arising from data breaches and privacy issues.
• Strong interest in cyber, data privacy, and data security.
