A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced litigation counsel to join its busy, cutting-edge Cyber, Privacy & Data Innovation team. The role involves working on a robust pipeline of sophisticated, innovative and industry-leading litigation, including class actions, across clients in the technology, finance, life sciences and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will handle all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, working directly with clients, managing discovery with the support of an industry-leading eDiscovery, analytics and litigation support team, and being actively involved in deposition and hearing preparation, motion drafting, mediation statements and other common civil litigation tasks.

The position offers the opportunity to support a busy team in a collegial environment with strong training, mentoring and integration into client teams. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is required.

12+ years of complex civil litigation experience
Strong foundation in all aspects of complex civil litigation, including class actions
Specific cyber, data and privacy litigation experience is highly valued
Excellent academic credentials, legal research abilities, and superb writing and oral communication skills
Highly motivated, dynamic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a team player able to work independently
Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is required
