The role supports a high-volume docket of complex, technology-focused disputes, including class actions, across industry verticals such as technology, finance, life sciences, and energy.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing discovery (with eDiscovery and litigation-support resources), preparing depositions and hearings, drafting motions and mediation submissions, and working directly with clients and cross-functional teams. The position is open to candidates for any U.S. office.
- 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience
- Significant experience with privacy, data-security, or cyber litigation preferred
- Proven experience managing discovery, including working with eDiscovery tools and litigation support teams
- Strong writing, oral advocacy, legal research, and client-facing skills
- Membership in the bar of the hiring office required
