The role involves drafting and negotiating financing documents, supporting due diligence and credit analysis, and working on exchange/tender offers and consent solicitations. You'll work on cross‑functional teams serving issuers, underwriters, placement agents and other credit parties across a range of industries.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the hiring jurisdiction; excellent teamwork and client‑service abilities.
