Leading national law firm is seeking a 1st–3rd year associate to join its Debt Finance practice across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters, including secured and acquisition financings.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents and closing deliverables, preparing issues lists, and supporting transaction closings. The team handles sophisticated, high-volume transactions and provides formal mentorship and training typical of a large firm environment.

1–3 years' private practice experience in debt finance, leveraged lending or related transactional work
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on secured lending and acquisition financings
Practical experience closing transactions, drafting documents and preparing issues lists
Working knowledge of UCC Article 9, commitment letters and related corporate financings preferred
JD (or equivalent) with demonstrated academic achievement and prior training at a large law firm
