Apply in confidence →Role: Our Debt Finance practice is seeking associates with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who have represented lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
- Experience in closing transactions
- Familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists in connection with debt financing
- Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), and debt securities offerings (including high-yield and/or convertible notes) is preferred
- Understanding of general corporate law is also preferred
- JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school
- Demonstrated high academic achievement and training at a large law firm
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000–$260,000, dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
