A leading law firm seeks junior-level attorneys to join its busy Debt Finance practice in Palo Alto. The team represents lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors across a wide range of debt financing transactions, offering hands-on deal exposure from the outset.

The role involves secured lending work, closing transactions, and drafting loan documents and issues lists. Attorneys work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously in a fast-paced practice, with strong support for professional development.

1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience closing transactions and drafting documents and issues lists
Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code preferred
Exposure to acquisition financing (including commitment letters) and debt securities offerings (high yield and/or convertible notes) preferred
General corporate law knowledge helpful
JD (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Prior training and development experience at a large law firm
Ability to handle multiple diverse projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
