High-growth company-focused corporate associate role on an experienced Emerging Company & Venture Capital (ECVC) team in San Francisco. You will lead financings and general corporate work for technology and life‑sciences companies and also advise venture capital and institutional investors, working across the deal lifecycle from formation through exit.

As part of a specialized ECVC group you will handle SAFEs and preferred-stock financings, corporate governance, and rapid-response counseling for founders, management teams and boards. The role offers exposure to a diverse set of industries including AI/ML, digital health, defense tech, gaming and fintech.

The position comes with a reported salary range of $310,000–$435,000 (based on year classification) and a comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave, family‑building support, wellness reimbursements and retirement savings options.

4–8 years of post-qualification ECVC / emerging company and venture capital transactional experience
Demonstrated experience with financings (SAFEs, preferred stock), corporate governance, entity formation and exits
Comfort leading transactions and advising founders, management teams and investor clients
Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑management skills; interest in technology and life‑sciences startups
