Top-tier firm’s Dallas office seeks an associate to join a busy Employee Benefits / ERISA team. The role focuses on advising on qualified retirement plans, multiemployer pension matters, health and welfare plans and ACA compliance, with regular exposure to transactional and restructuring work within the benefits space.

The group offers a collaborative environment and strong opportunities to develop ERISA and employee benefits expertise across advisory, transactional and compliance matters.

1–4 years of experience working on ERISA and employee benefits matters.
Experience with qualified retirement plans, multiemployer pension issues, health & welfare plans and ACA compliance.
Transactional or restructuring experience as it relates to employee benefits (M&A, plan due diligence, spin-offs, reorganizations).
Strong drafting and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-volume practice.
