Our firm, a full-service Am Law 100 firm with offices nationwide, is seeking experienced Employment Attorneys to join our Austin and San Antonio practices. This role is ideal for an attorney energized by employment litigation and passionate about achieving results for clients. You will handle meaningful work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group.

We are looking for driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven research skills, and the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Motions and discovery experience is preferred.

5–7 years of experience in employment litigation
Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas
Excellent litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic background and proven research abilities
Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Motions and discovery experience preferred
