Our firm, a national law practice with offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Employment Attorney to join our Salt Lake City office. This role offers the opportunity to handle a robust employment litigation docket with direct client interaction and hands-on experience at hearings, depositions, and trials.

Handle a diverse caseload involving labor and employment disputes and litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; conduct legal research.
Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and appear in court as needed.
Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Utah.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
Strong academic credentials and proven research and writing skills.
Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive speaking abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision.
Trial experience preferred but not required.
