Employment & Labor Associate — Boston

Seeking a 3rd–5th year associate to join a busy employment & labor practice in the Boston office of a leading national law firm. The role focuses on employment counseling, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.

Ideal candidates will advise clients on statutory and regulatory compliance and support M&A workstreams; some litigation experience is a plus. The team offers a full range of employee benefits and firm-wide professional development resources.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in employment & labor law
• Demonstrated experience with employment counseling, statutory/regulatory compliance, and executive employment/separation agreements
• Experience supporting employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Litigation experience preferred but not required
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
