Labor & Employment Associate — Boston

Mid-level associate role in a national labor & employment team based in Boston. The position focuses on employment-related litigation and counseling for employers, including drafting and advising on separation agreements, restrictive covenants, leave and absence matters, wage & hour issues, and policy reviews.

• 3–5 years' experience in employment/labor law with litigation and counseling experience
• Experience with wage & hour matters, leave policies, and drafting/reviewing employment and separation agreements; restrictive covenant experience
• Prior support on employment aspects of transactions preferred
• Active Massachusetts bar admission required
